The financial crime* provide a continuous challenge for the modern society. Improvement of the technology or the wide spread information instead of impeding this crime have given the adverse effect of it. Thus, if someone goes through the history of the crime, would be surprise with the long battle between law and various financial crimes such as money laundering, insider dealing, investment market fraud and financial market fraud.
The Association of British Insurers calculated the cost of the crime at £35Billion per anum of which at least a third is fraud. It should be pointed out that financial crime is different from other crimes because of its technical complexity. In this crime there is a combination of law and financial issues....
