Eshtë turp që debati për identitetin kombëtar mes shkollarëve në Shqipëri lë shteg për baltosjen e imazhit kombëtar në të ardhmen e tij. Eshtë turp që gënjeshtrat- pjesshëm apo plotazi- gëlojnë në të tërë tekstet e botuar deri tani si pjesë e këtij debati.
Dilemat mbi identitetin europian të muslimanëve shqiptarë apo të krejt shqiptarëve dëshmojnë pa dilema se problemi i këtij vendi janë elitat e tij. Qofshin këta emra të mëdhenj, brenda apo jashtë vendit.

Health: Research Highlights Benefits Of Green Tea

Brewing up a cup of green tea may do more than quench your thirst. From heart disease to arthritis, green tea -- a favorite drink throughout Central Asia and elsewhere -- is linked to a whole range of preventive health benefits. And the evidence keeps mounting.

"I can tell you that if you are a [laboratory] rat, you should be drinking lots of tea, it will reduce your risk of cancer," says Jeffrey Blumberg, a nutritional scientist at Tufts University. "There have been a number of laboratory studies that have shown that green tea may have an effect on inflammatory conditions like arthritis, on cognitive problems like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases," Blumberg continues.
Some studies have suggested that people who consume more tea have a lower risk of bone fracture, that is it may reduce osteoporosis, and there have been a number of studies particularly from the U.K. that suggest that adolescents and teenagers who drink tea have a lower instance of dental cavities. But the strongest reports to date are those that suggest that tea may reduce our risk of heart disease."
